DataManager.Current.Load - Same request twice

Hello,

First of all, great job on AgFx, it has already been very helpful! :)

I have a scenario where I need to get the same object from cache multiple times in the same page.

So I have multiple DataManager.Current.Load<>() functions loading the same object. My problem seems to be revolving around that only the last DataManager.Current.Load will actually get the result in it's Actions functions when loading the same object. This might all be by design as far as I know, but is there a way around it?

Thanks :)

Hi -

Great, glad it's helping.

Ha, actually yes I think that's a bug, good catch.  And I think I have a fix for it sitting on my machine (not the one I'm on), as I think I encountered a different flavor of this earlier in the week.  I'm hoping/planning to checkin and do a new release today or tomorrow (at least the checkin part) so you can give it a try.

Can you workaround this for now?

Thanks,

Shawn

No problem! I did a simpel workarund by breaking the Load<> up in to two different object caches.

Like this:

DataManager.Current.Load<>(method1+ID)
DataManager.Current.Load<>(method2+ID)

I then have to load the object twice, but that will suffice for now. Thanks! :)

For the next release, could you also include a compiled debug version ready for action? That would be great! thank you!
